Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are determined by each individual product and will vary based on size, shape, weight, and the item being shipped. We do not use shipping and handling rates to make money off customers. Our rates reflect both the direct shipping cost charged by our shipping partners (UPS & USPS) as well as the cost of material used in shipping (i.e., boxes, packing material, tape, labels, etc...).
Shipping Timeframe:
Products will ship the next business day after they are ready. We ship almost exclusively using UPS Ground Shipping and USPS First Class Package Service, which both have a typical timeframe of 3-5 business days. Rush shipping options are available, but customers will need to contact us to request and pay for this service.
Local Office Pickup:
Products may also be picked up for free at our office. This option is available during the check out process. Customers who select the pickup option will be notified via email when their item(s) are ready for pickup. During that email, we will make arrangements for the pickup date and time.
Local Delivery:
Unfortunately, we don't offer standard local delivery. In some situations, we may work with local customers to deliver locally. Customers will be responsible for paying a small delivery fee in these cases.
