Production Time
At Ridgeway Woodworks, we pride ourselves on creating custom, hand-made items. When a purchase is made, we start from scratch to bring you a high-quality product that is truly one-of-a-kind. There is no mass production in our workshop and we don't sub contract out steps along the way. We create your item all the way from designing to finishing. Doing so allows us to keep our costs reasonable for a small workshop.

That also means that we may need a bit more time to produce your items. In general, we strive to meet the following production time goals:

The timeframes above are simply guides and actual production time may vary. Customizations take time, particularly, if you are asking us to build something we haven't produced before. Supply chain issues, our work load, and time availability also impact production time. While we won't guarantee a specific production time for our products, we will guarantee that will do everything possible to get you your order as soon as possible and be upfront about any delays.
